नई दिल्ली- टैक्सपेयर्स के लिए अभी तक केवल 1 दिन का समय बाकी था. एसेसमेंट ईयर 2021-22 के लिए जीएसटी भरने की आखिरी तारीख 31 दिसंबर 2021 थी. हालांकि, अब भी कई टैक्सपेयर्स ने रिटर्न नहीं भरा है. जिस वजह से टैक्सपेयर्स को नए टैक्स फाइलिंग पोर्टल पर कई दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. जिसके बाद कई टैक्सपेयर्स ने सरकार से 31 दिसंबर 2021 की डेट को आगे बढ़ाने की मांग की थी.
साथ ही कई टैक्स प्रोफेशनल्स ने भी 31 दिसंबर, रिटर्न भरने की डेडलाइन को आगे बढ़ाने की मांग की. तो वही चैंबर ऑफ टैक्स कंसल्टेंट्स ने भारत की वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण और सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्ट टैक्सेज को पत्र लिख कर टैक्स भरने की डेडलाइन बढ़ाकर अगले साल की मांग की थी. जिसको ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार ने वित्त वर्ष 2020-21 के लिए जीएसटी वार्षिक रिटर्न दाखिल करने की डेडलाइन दो महीने बढ़ाकर 28 फरवरी 2022 कर दी है.
केंद्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड और कस्टम्स ने बुधवार की देर रात को ट्वीटकरते हुए बताया है कि “वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 के लिए फॉर्म GSTR-9 और फॉर्म GSTR-9C में विवरण प्रस्तुत करने की आखारी तारीख 31दिसंबर 2021 से बढ़ाकर अगले साल के 28 फरवरी 2022 कर दी है”. भारत सरकार द्वारा निकाला गया फॉर्म GSTR 9 माल और सर्विस टैक्स के तहत पंजीकृत करदाताओं द्वारा वार्षिक रूप से दाखिल किया जाने वाला वार्षिक रिटर्न है. इसमें कई टैक्सों से प्राप्त की गई जावक और आवक आपूर्ति के बारे में विवरण शामिल किया गया है. फॉर्म GSTR-9C और GSTR-9 के बीच लेखा परीक्षित वार्षिक वित्तीय विवरण एक सामंजस्य का विवरण होगा.
