हनुमान चालीसा विवाद पर राणा को नहीं मिली राहत, ओम बिरला ने सरकार से मांगा विवरण…

महाराष्ट्र- हनुमान चालीसा विवाद मामले में नवनीत राणा और रवि राणा गिरफ्तार हुए थे. जिन्हें कोर्ट से फिलहाल कोई राहत नहीं मिली है. इन दोनों गिरफ्तारों की आज जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई होने वाली थी. लेकिन आज इनकि सुनवाई को कोर्ट की ओर से टाल दिया गया है. अब हनुमान चालीसा विवाद मामले पर 29 अप्रैल 2022 को सुनवाई होगी. दरअसल, नवनीत और राणा दोनों को हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ पड़ने की वजह से उठे विवाद के बाद शनिवार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था.
आपको बता दें कि रवि राणा पर आईपीसी की धारा 15A के साथ-साथ 353 और बॉम्बे पुलिस एक्ट की धारा 135 के तहत FIR दर्ज की गई है. यहीं नहीं इन पर राजद्रोह की सबसे बड़ी धारा 124A भी लगाई गई है. इससे पहले भी नवनीत राणा और रवि राणा ने बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में जमानत को लिए याचिका दायर की थी. जिसके बाद बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने उनके खिलाफ दर्ज की गई एफआईआर की याचिका खारिज कर दी थी. असल में प्रचलित जगह पर हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ करने की वजह से नवनीत राणा को फटकार लगाई थी.
हनुमान चालीसा विवाद के बाद गिरफ्तार हुए सांसद नवनीत राणा के लिए लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार से विवरण मांगा है. वहीं इस मामले पर ओम बिरला ने सरकार से 24 घंटे के भीतर नवनीत राणा की गिरफ्तारी का विवरण मांगा है. इससे पहले नवनीत राणा ने लोकसभा अध्यक्ष को पत्र लिखते हुए पुलिस की ओर से अमानवीय व्यवहार का आरोप लगाया था और साथ ही बताया था कि उनकी गिरफ्तारी भी अवैध है और पत्र में कई आरोप बताए थे.
